Rates

These rates apply year around. We have a two night minimum for a weekend stay.

Two Night Weekend Bivouac:
$320 for 3 bedrooms, 6 people max See Suggested Tours
Three Night Weekend Campaign
$480 for 3 bedrooms, 6 people max See Suggested Tours
Seven Night Siege
$650 for 3 bedrooms, 6 people max See Suggested Tours
Longer Term Rentals:
Transferring or moving? Need temporary accommodations for periods in excess of one week?  Contact us regarding availability and price.

Taxes: State taxes of 5% and local taxes of 5% are extra. Prices subject to change, but prices quoted for specific reservations will be honored.

Reservations

  • We will gladly accept short notice reservations if we have a vacancy. Short, spur of the moment vacations at interesting nearby locations can be fun! If this is your situation contact us. 

  • Reservations may be guaranteed with Visa or MC - call (434) 352-8539. A charge of $160 will be made to your account at the time of reservation. The remainder will be charged to your account upon arrival unless you elect to pay cash.

  • If reservations or payment is to be made by check we would need a two week advance payment for the full amount. 

  • We also accept cash. ATM  machines are nearby.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refunds will be made if reservations are cancelled at least 7 days prior to reservation.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior will result in forfeiture of $160 deposit.

Check In/Out Times

Check in: 3 pm on the first day.

Check out: 11 am on the last day. 

If these times pose a problem, talk to us about it. If we can adjust them to make your visit more enjoyable we will.
